Welcome potential INVESTORS!!!!! At this point, this entire site has been created for the primary purpose of explaining Milwaukee Lumber's overall development plan and current equipment and production infrastructure - and to raise the little remaining Investment & Operating Capital we need to move forward.
Our production facilities are based in Northern Wisconsin (7 miles north of Rhinelander), and we have the capacity to distribute throughout all of Southeastern Wisconsin (the greater Milwaukee area) and Northwestern Illinois (greater Chicagoland area).
We currently have a significant amount of production equipment that is already paid for!!! - please see photos of everything on page 3 We already have everything stored on the 3 acres of land we have rented at only $50.00 per month until we get up and running (and then it's only $400.00 per month). The site originally had a lumber company - so the zoning is all correct - and offers plenty of space for expansion (as we plan to get very large!).
At this point we have a few ideas on how and whom to sell to. We want to target established retail and wholesale outlets - and be able to provide both finished and unfinished wood products.
We are in need of $20,000.00 - so what we are looking for are 1000 individual $20.00 (twenty dollar) investments! We can and will accept both smaller and larger amounts - but this is our general plan.
This Money is to be used for:
* The purchase of one (1) Corley Circular Saw
* The rebuilding of a protective structure
* The purchase of a few miscellaneous part's items
We plan to pay your Investment back in 1 year - at $25.00 for every $20.00 Invested! That's a 25% return on your money!!!

Well over the last months we have seen some success, We have purchased the required equipment, Corley circle saw, Truck, Trailer, small commercial planner, shaper, sander, and got everything on site. total spent in six months 23,000.00 we are still in need of funding for assembly and build roof ect.
