remove the top and any trim
either staple or glue with hot glue gun around edge ( keeping in mind the glued or stapled edge is to be covered with trim.
carefully cut off the plastic cover
Making the top peice of fabric 2 inch's bigger all around and fasting it to the folding it neatly.
doing this all around and take another peice to cover the remainder and gluing that on
then she took material to make a bag for the inside using the inside demotions and fastening it to the upper lip of basket.
