this is the structure that needs to be duplicated last time I built in 7 days the cost of Materials were under 2000.00 and is all that is needed .
the reason for new structure I got to this point and my friend passed away and the reason for new saw is this one needs a lot of work and because of the time it took to relocate winter come fast so I fingered I could make the money faster then a rebuild but the economy went sour for construction work and no I am scrambling to get this going.
This is our skidsteer it is still located in Milwaukee and will cost 300.00 for move I have forks for it and the machine only has 1000 hrs on it. I also have a fork lift but no pics.

Here is another bandsaw that is used for one specific cut to be used at same time as to get to finished product faster
The reason this is most important is because you have to be able to build and fix maintain on site and you must have all . and we pretty much do from all welding equipment to a lathe for making parts to every nut and bolt known to man.
This is a bandsaw that I built it makes 360 2x4x8 in hour, it cuts 2 at a time and the blade never stops cutting never ending marry go round.
Because we are using older equipment you are able to get around most seat belt laws, guest keep your fingers out of the blade, it is powered by cat d330 175 hp Diesel witch we do intend on used vegtable oil its ideal because is is stationary and makes economic senses bringing oil form city.
this is a automated log deck. all of these parts dust collector cut off saw all were on the saw we intend on buying that is for 11,500.00 it is much heavier and is 10 foot longer and this one will be spare parts.
and then we have a vary big molding machine witch cannot be seen it sure would be nice if their was some light, but it makes flooring wall paneling and log cabin sideing it will have more use when the economy gets better our primary customer is only interested in utility wood or palate material.
